2012 and END of Days

This one is for you Krystal.

We hear a lot about the Mayans and the 2012 end of the world prophesy, which is completely inaccurate. The Mayan Calendar, while quite impressive is actually incomplete. You can thank the Spanish Conquistadors for that one. Actually much about Mayans is speculation since most of the civilization was destroyed. That was a pretty common thing back then, and in some ways it still is. Time and time again we see evidence of a conquered people destroyed, looted, and then lost forever. The most recent stunt was the book burning by a church in Florida. Iraq and Afghanistan historic artifacts were also looted and destroyed both by local and invading armies. Once the artifacts are scattered a history is lost forever. This is tragic.

Once that history of a people is lost and scattered facts remain they are left open to speculation and exploitation. That is what has happened to the Mayan Calendar. It nowhere signifies the end of anything other than the "End Of The Age". And from that it is correct, it is the end of the Age Of Piscean and the new "Age of Aquarius", or Aquarian Age in the Zodiac that the earth revolves around, and "experts" can't even agree on that.

I'd like to say that someone wanted to sell a book and came up with the Mayan 2012 end of the world scenario but I'm a bit conspiratorial that that. What is the best way to control, confuse, and divide people? Fear. Fear will make people do and believe things that seem like an option when really it is a coral. It works like this. Problem. Reaction. Solution. A problem is presented, either real or imagined, natural or contrived. People have a reaction, which can be studied from the past to see what types of reactions. A solution, predetermined, is presented. Google Edward Bernays, Sidney Freud's kinfolk, who invented "Think Tanks" a long time ago. Most of the choices we make are predetermined ones. When I was a teenager and rebellious, I thought that was going against the establishment, but in reality I was going into the division I was unknowingly herded into, not unlike kids today that fall for the same thing. These days I set back and view objectively what options there are. Fear, confusion, anger, doubt, division... all are powerful weapons.

With 2012 we have the fear being spread rapidly of a catastrophic ending. Confusion of what to believe. Doubt of uncertainty. Division of what to believe. And finally anger, anger towards each other for believing differently in certain keywords. I do actually believe, after years of studying, that there are what is called The Powers That Be, or TPTB. They are Luciferic, which is not to be confused with Satanic, and yes, there is a difference. By all means, I do think they can be saved for everybody has some good somewhere in them... everybody. I guess it all depends on which they desire. Going into that though is another story all together, so I won't go into that discussion on this one. I will say this. There is one and only one ruler in Hell. There will be no parties. No reunions. No peace.

But back to the Mayans. From all I have read, and I'm not an expert, the Mayans were pretty cruel. I'm not sure that I bought into the movie version that Mel Gibson made, but it was good, I think they followed what many civilizations did... the Watchers that left their posts. While Genesis 6 briefly mentions these Angels, the book of Enoch goes more in depth. This would certainly explain their knowledge of astronomy. It would also explain the Pyramids and things that people on separate parts of the world have in common. Not to mention megalithic structures the world over. What these Angels brought to mankind angered God more than even Lucifer/Satan did, enough so that He bound them into Hades until the final judgment. Knowing that, why then would we listen to them let alone do what has been almost a worship of them? So let's take a look at the scripture in the more common Bible, and there are many versions.

Genesis 6

1And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,

2That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.

3And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.

4There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

5And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

We think of giants as a childhood fantasy, yet back in the times past they were not thought of as such, they were feared by some and worshiped by others. We see just about every religion and pretty much every region that has tales about giants. We also read how cruel and blood thirsty they were. Few were ever mentioned to be nice or good. We are led to believe that people were some kind of ignorant type, yet I think before the flood we are just now catching up with where they were then in science. Now, just as then, we are becoming corrupt and prideful. The message is the same message as back then, that we are gods or can become gods (notice the little g). I'm sure back then they probably even had the other version of we are a brain cell in the mind of god, but that is a lie too. We are sons and daughters of Adam which means earth born. Sons of God are those created. God gave both Free will though. A little hint of how advanced they were may very well be this verses.

9These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God. 11The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.

12And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.

Anyway, again I get off track, lol. This is hard to write about because it is all interconnected and it sounds like a Hollywood Scifi movie. Maybe therein lies my point. Could we have learned from the Mayans? Yes. Did we get a chance? No. Is all information useful? No and Yes. In order not to make the same mistake or be fooled, again, we must know the past. By knowing the past we should be able to prevent repeating it, which I believe we are now doing.

Matthew 24: 36But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

37But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

38For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,

Luke 17: 26And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.

27They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.

28Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;

If I am right and the Mayan's knowledge came from the Watchers who left their post, then they lacked the knowledge of their own end. Why then would we listen to their followers? Why would we listen to people who sacrificed their fellow man to a false god(s)? We wouldn't. The world may very well end on that date and I could be wrong, but I'm willing to say that it won't and that the Mayan's message is that things will change.

Before I go much further, let me say that Enoch has 11 times he is mentioned in the Bible as was one who walked with God. He is also mentioned as the first one God took without tasting death. The fact that he was the son of Cain pretty much shoots down the talk about the text being taken out of context of the lines of Cain and Seth. Enoch was Noah's great grandfather if memory serves me well. All in all a pretty important person in the past I would think.

All in all, though I may have really diverted from what I was suppose to write this about. You had mentioned the Mayan Calendar and that is what I intended this to be about, oops. I realized pretty fast that I couldn't get Aliens into it or the other part of End Of Days. I just wanted to give at least a surface scan, and that is what this is, a small scan of where my beliefs and come from. To go in depth would be a novel. I do however believe wholly that this isn't just a prank, or the "world is more knowledge" thing. I don't believe for a moment that line about the world is getting smaller thing. What I believe is that the hole in which to escape this world from is getting smaller, the world itself is just as big as it ever was. Or, the narrow road/wide road analogy if preferred.

I'll do a different one on end of days as this one is pretty long long. Sorry about that.

Having said all that, I do believe we are in the beginning of the end days. I don't believe or at least I have seen nothing about being Raptured up before the End Days or Tribulation. Even the word Rapture is not found in the Bible. This is a relatively new concept. But that is another story. I'm always ready to learn or be corrected though. I think we just do good and enjoy and live each day like it is our last one. For if we worry about the end then we never really had a beginning. The end will come for each of us and one day this world when God calls it the end. Until then though, do not let evil people frighten you. I think that Satan has worked hard for many years to deceive us. To take our eyes off the prize. It says that there will be many deceits and lies. While I am fascinated with the Mayans, I take it with a grain of salt, especially since it was seen to it that whatever knowledge they did have was hidden and in years later the blanks were filled in by people who knew nothing really about them. Either knowingly or unknowingly, there are many people who promoted this to the public for TPTB, that do it for Satan.
