Losing Faiths

People fall for many reasons out of faith. For me, over the years I have tried to watch, listen, and learn why. Why did I at one time fall from faith? Then perhaps now, after years of research, I think I asked the wrong question. Why did I allow myself to lose my faith, that was the real question. We have control over ourselves, yet we can affect others. At the end I'll put what I do to continually maintain it. This is just one man's views and one man's solution.

It ain't hard these days to get distracted, there are plenty of them out there. When we become distracted that allows for error. Think of it as texting while driving. That would be another point. If you are texting while driving you are not multitasking, your playing Russian Roulette. The same goes for life. We get distracted with work, money, material things, romance, lust, and TV. There is a myriad of things that when we look at it are merely illusions. Baring romance, I think I hit each one of them I listed at the same time. Later on though, after my NDE I hit yet another distraction, conspiracies. Yes, I do believe that there are some horrible things being planned and played out and I do believe that a handful of evil people rule this world. I can tell you facts that Ventura's show dare not mention.

In the midst of this all we can lose faith very easily. I've seen that time and time again. I can't fault those that do for if I had not seen I may have too. Perhaps a label of "don't try this at home" should be attached. There are things that would shake the faith of the very faithful that are out there. It isn't entertainment nor is it pretty. One will look at the world a whole lot differently when studying it. There are things that everybody should know rather than being amused all the time. Thing is, we have to have our faith in order and no, going to church and just listening will not prepare you for what is real. This is a bit deeper than going through the motions. I guess that is why I seldom speak directly about conspiracies on this blog. The main thing I guess I want to convey here is that you are loved and that God and Jesus are real, so is Satan.

I see though that most of the time studying conspiracies is not the main cause of losing faith, I think semi-Christianity is. I say semi because it is grounded in some of the basics, lacking on the majors, I place stress the word some. A whole book could be wrote on just this subject alone. Please continue to read on, even though I'm sure there are those now that I've said this that will be angry. I'm just saying what I see to be the truth so try and look at this objectively.

We have some that teach that we should never, ever, question God. The scariest part of this is that we should never question what God tells someone to reveal to us. I'm pretty sure that God understands when we do since it was He that created us with Freewill. Will it get us anywhere? No. The one thing about God is that He never makes mistakes. The other is that He doesn't change. Therein lies another deception that is taught these days, "Change is good". Some changes are, like advances in care, being nicer, but stability is best. Change is chance. Stability is reliability.

Then there are the ones who say we are born in sin. Well, looking at this world we are. That does not mean we are sinful from conception. We do learn it pretty fast. I think sin is easier to do and learn, I know I pick it up pretty quick. As for the way I see it, if one can look at a baby and see evil, then it ain't the baby. Talking to a preacher, teacher, or priest is nice and all, but you confess before God and God alone. To God. Confessing to any person is ok, but it is not the same.

Then there are the ones that think that if you are faithful to God, He will give you anything you want. You will not get sick. Nothing bad will happen. You are granted a happy, happy, feel good day and will walk around like you are on clouds in Heaven with a stupid grin until the end of you days. Ok, I smile a lot but that is because it takes fewer muscles to smile than frown. I could just be lazy. :) The fact is, what happened to Moses, Noah, the Disciples, the Apostles, and millions of Christians over the years? Then of course we have the ultimate example, Jesus, who had never sinned. Anybody want to tell them they deserved what happened to them?

We have another group too, the ones who seem to hate everybody...except themselves. Atrocities are committed in the name of God. Now for those who look back at the time when war was everywhere and God was sending out people to kill all they came across, I refer you to Genesis 6. This was not an ethnic cleansing of humans. To study that though one needs to go back to the writings that are included in some Bibles today, yet banned from the Council Of Nicaea. As a matter of fact, complete Libraries have been burnt a few times. This has led some to speculate of if the Bible is accurate or not, it is. There are a few mistakes in translation, but all in all, it is accurate. A copy was found at the Dead Sea Scrolls, along with the books that were deleted. As a Matter of fact, even now those who are in charge are considering taking John 8, the first verses out of the Bible. They say it isn't inspired by God. Here is John 8.

This is my favorite. "I don't sweat the details". Man have I ever heard that one enough. As my great grandmother use to say, "The devil is in the details". Have you ever seen a house where the details weren't paid attention too? They are hard to spot. The look good to the eyes but they never last long unless they are repaired. Think of working on your brakes on a car and not putting the smaller parts on. Or, baking a cake and just tossing whatever in. I think this happens a lot. Again, it is called going through the motion. If one does not have the details then the foundation is weak, if indeed at all. I know people who have read through the Bible quickly and didn't know anything when they were done except the basics. I know people who know the Word but it isn't where you are at in the Word, it is where the Word is in you.

Then there are people who place faith in a church or a person for their faith. Wrong again, I done that one too myself a few times. I can't tell you the Preachers and Teachers that I have listened to only to become disappointed. When these people let you down your faith falters. If a person comes to you and says they understand it all, or even God... run. Few have captivated my attention for long. Only one comes to mind right off bat these days and that is Chip Ingram. Chris White is pretty interesting so far too.

Then we have the ones who preach that Jews are God's Chosen People, they are not. Abraham was God's chosen and he was an Israelite. From him 12 tribes emerged, one of which was Jews. Jew is a term for people from a location... Judea. Just like Americans are from America and Canadians are from Canada. Just how important is being a son of Abraham? I'll place that between these divisions. If you accept Jesus Christ then you are God's Chosen people. Judaism does not accept Jesus and holds him as a false prophet. If you are a Christian this should bother you quite a lot. If you aren't, it stands to be one of the most confusing things that Christians do.

Luke 3:7-9 (King James Version)

7Then said he to the multitude that came forth to be baptized of him, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?

8Bring forth therefore fruits worthy of repentance, and begin not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, That God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

9And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

On the flip side we have those that blame all the Jews and just as those who seem to worship the Jews, these are wrong too. There are Jews that accept Jesus and Jews that don't. It is like anything else. If you try and take some of anything and call all bad then you are incorrect. The ones who do the evils though claim themselves to be Jews. I really ain't crazy about Israel either. Before it came to be, people there got along. Sure, there have been wars over there, then again, it has existed longer than anywhere else. But until the formation of Israel, Christians, Muslims, and Jews got along pretty decent. I know, you've probably heard different.

Revelation 3:8-10 (King James Version)

8I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.

9Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee.

10Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

Now we come to the end of time people. I do see that we are headed towards the end of days but then again, they are event driven. Over the years people have always thought it was the end of days and I'm just guessing that there were plenty of signs then too. It may have very well been the end of days but was slowed down a bit, perhaps it can be again with a little work and effort. Then again, we are getting back to where we once were in the days of Noah, but we're not there yet. Technology we have today though is almost there. If that sounds strange then slowly read the Bible and the books that were taken away. What message are we sending the kids when we just roll over and play dead? Even worse, what message are we sending God?
Matthew 16:2-4 (King James Version)

2He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.

3And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?

4A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.

Under this heading is a group that seeks to advance the coming of the Lord. I'm not exactly sure what this is about for only He will come when He sees fit to and not until. Maybe this scripture?
Luke 21:24 (King James Version)

24And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

Ahh, but they miss this one

Matthew 26:52 (King James Version)

52Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.

Then there are those who seem to get hung up on a name. What is that? It is almost like they are trying to place a new twist on an old belief. What is so funny is that they are ready to attack over it. Indians may refer to God as the Great Spirit and instantly they are slammed. One set calls Jesus Y'shua while another His Aramaic name. At some point it just gets stupid. I think all of us can agree that our names and even other words are pronounced differently in other languages. It's also not like we're yelling Hey You at a sea of gods. Plus the last time I checked He really didn't ask for my help, and He is still in charge. I have no idea what God told to other peoples. I do know though what Watchers did in many cases.

The ones I really worry about too are the ones who have gotten what I call their get outta Hell free card. They have been "saved" and Baptized and now they can do anything they wish. Sorry folks, it don't quite work that way, not that I've read. Remember the many are called by few are chosen thing? While you can't earn your way to Heaven you also can't have true faith without your actions reflect it.

So by now I'm sure will say boy what is wrong with him, or he is lost. What I am trying to say is that from an outsider that looks on, it's a mess. What I have presented is just the tip of a million points. Aside from God and Jesus who knows the Bible better than anyone else? Satan. So, how better than to infiltrate God's people. Certainly the demons fear Jesus name so face to face isn't going to work, not if we have faith, the faith of a Mustard Seed.

I've heard of churches that kick people out. That is akin to a hospital not admitting sick people. I know from experience that some preachers and churches automatically run if they found out you had an NDE. I'm still trying to figure that one out. But I rant now. So what is Christianity suppose to be in my mind? It is simple. Accepting Jesus (separates us from all other faiths), getting rid of the religion part. A thirst for what the Bible actually says. Helping our neighbor. Working on ourselves to be better people and towards acting in a Christlike way. That sounds so simple but somehow it gets lost in translation.

Go figure. How could something so simple be so hard? If we follow these rules that Jesus laid down then maybe more people would come into the Light. Maybe we wouldn't be trying to kill everything that don't suit us. There would be no more hunger. No more people doing things to others and trying to control others. You know, John Lennon almost had it right with Imagine, almost. Imagine more people acting like Jesus. Sadly that will not happen, but we can dream...and if we are fortunate enough, it will happen one day. Just not in this lifetime.

I have friends of all religions. God hasn't asked me to judge them so I basically judge by their heart and we Christians don't have the only hearts. I have actually found that most people do. I once gave a Christmas card to a friend that is an Atheist I worked with. The next day another co-worked gave him a Christmas card. Mine said Merry Christmas with a beautiful scene of the manger. Yea, I know we've beefed that up a lot over the years, kinda consolidated the time line a bit. :) His said Happy Holidays. This friend become angry and threatened to file a complaint against the other guy. Immediately the guy cited that he had given a card, no different than I had given him a card, and that his was less religious. I considered the next thing that transpired a compliment. He looked at the other guy and said that he considered me a Christian and that I had given him a card with good pure and good intentions.

One cannot force a belief on anybody. There are those who separate themselves from people who don't share their beliefs, yet we see Jesus didn't. He loved and accepted people just as they were. All though except the money changers and a lot of the religious people of His day. I wonder sometimes if He didn't decide that it was a big world, plenty of room for everybody. That He welcomed everybody that wanted to come into His arms. He healed without questioning. He loved without asking. He did not come to judge the world, He came to save the world. He didn't ask what a past was for He was only concerned for today and tomorrow. His new commandment would be soon forgotten though. The one about love.

I do believe in TPTB and that they are Luciferian, and I can give you the secret to shut them down, or at least slow them down. Love, Kindness, Forgiveness, and the 10 Commandments. That means not just those who agree with you or your beliefs, but everybody. We do that by working on ourselves. God made us with two eyes and two ears, yet only one mouth. So we let them see Jesus in us in our actions. Hear about His love when we speak. Listen to what He says to us.

Matthew 7:5 (King James Version)

5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Matthew 22:39 (King James Version)

39And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Luke 6:37 (King James Version)

37Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

John 7:24 (King James Version)

24Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1 John 2:10 (King James Version)

10He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion of stumbling in him.

1 John 2:15 (King James Version)

15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

1 John 3:17 (King James Version)

17But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

1 John 4:12 (King James Version)

12No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
